I was running and I am still running. Long distances, of course. There is no rule when you can start with it. But the best performance you can show for 5 km
race is at 27 years for male, 10 km - 29 years and marathon between 31 and 37 years. You have to strike the ground bellow the center of
gravity with both foots. Strength exercises for abdominal muscles and lower back are required. Stretching is very important too.
