anyone have surgery with dr howard bellin

You guys have all scared me to death, I have been corresponding with Dr. Bellin for some time about a revision, I was totally convinced and now all the bad things I've read have really changed my mind!!! I cant believe he has botched so many surgeries, are you all serious????
He has been on many reputable shows, Oprah, 20/20, Montel for his great work, Im confused???? Crying or Very sad

Dr. Bellin has improved my life! He did my nose and body sculpting liposuction on me both in 2006. He took time with me before the surgeries, answered all my questions, and the results were exactly what I expected. I'm more confident at my job and in life in general. Dr. Bellin is totally professional and totally talented. I think it's ridiculous that anybody would be so bitter about getting old that they blame a doctor who helps people. Obviously Dr. Bellin's a great doctor if the person went back to him again! It made me mad so I wanted to write this.

Hi. Dr. Howard Bellin is very good. I had implants removed and replaced with larger implants that gave me a natural look and made it look like I had a lift without the scarring. Dr. Bellin is very informative and really listens. Plus, consultations are free so you can get real professional advice and not feel like the surgeon is just trying to make a buck. I went to him because he did my girfriend's nose and she looks great. Good luck. Amy Smile

I had rhinoplasty and liposuction under my neck with Dr. Bellin in 2003.

I think the results are fantastic, but the experience was less than stellar. He did not advise the use of general anesthesia, so I agreed to local injections and a morphine drip.

I felt the injections, felt my nose being broken, screamed the entire time, and overheard him telling me that I was a baby, and "can you imagine if she was really getting hurt?" to his medical assistant.

I AM a sensitive individual, and some procedures performed on me might not have affected someone else similarly. But the congenial disposition he displayed in his office during my consultation vanished on the operating table.

I have never given birth, but from what people tell me, that's the deal. It really hurts while it's happening, but after you forget about it, and then do it again. Thankfully I no longer sport a double chin (even though I am thin!) and I am happy with my adjusted nose.

I hope this helps anyne out there who is thinking about cosmetic surgery with Dr. Bellin.

I had rhinoplasty done by Dr. Bellin in the late 90's. It's horrible! I have pinched nostrils and you can see the scars (surgery) on my nostrils

I should have known when he started badmouthing another physician, LOL!

He rushed to fit me in, afraid I'd go to the competition.

I also have/had trouble breathing. I am now looking to get a revision.

how do you see scars on your nose? dr. bellin doesnt cut your nose at all. he does all the work inside your nose. what did you request your nose to look like in your consultation visit? did you as for a barbie nose or natural?

Anyone who has anything negative to say about Dr. Beliin and his practice is completely ignorant. Dr Beliin is a skilled surgeon and is by far a profeesional in his field. I recently underwent a rhinoplasty procedure with him at his facility, and I couldnt be happier with the results. Dr. Beliin was very kind and gracious as was his entire staff. Not to mention a friend of mine also underwent two procedures with him and she is very satisfied as well! So anyone seeking Dr. Bellin should not be discouraged by the negative comments, nor his age! He is a well experienced doctor and in my opinion one of New York's Best Surgeons.

I consulted with 4 different physicians over a 5 year period including Belin who i met with 2x's and had my breast implants done 6 weeks ago and I am VERY happy. I love him and would recommend his work for implants to anyone. His staff is also very knowledgeable.

In regard to Dr. Bellin's and his surgical skill ... "The man is a genious!" Last summer '07 I had my upper and lower eyelids done and my face lifted at the same time. A few months later I went back and had a tummy tuck. All I can say is the man is a "BRILLIANT SURGEON!" I had my eyes and face done on a Tuesday and I was out clubbing that Friday. Minimal brusing ... No pain whatsoever! The tummy tuck was a little more involved but I was up and about in less than a week and again ... no pain involved except for a "tight feeling," which was GREAT after having six children ... I'm considering going back for a nose job next! Money is the ONLY issue stopping me right now, but girls, if you want expert work I'd advise you to have Dr. Bellin do the work for you, pay close attention to what he tells you and I promise - you won't be sorry. This is a "true testimony!" I'm 58 years old and after my surgery I look and feel 40 something! I'm just delighted with his skills. Good luck to you ... but you won't need it if you chose Dr. Bellin!
