anyone heard of massage pillows?

Hello there, I am female who is 37 years old and I would like to hear your opinion about massage pillows. I am pretty tense and my neck really hurts. I was thinking of buying massage pillow for my neck. Do you think it is a good idea? I really hope it is, but if it isn't tell me the alternative.

Hi there, this is a good idea. You can always have regular massage but pillows can also help you. They are not expensive, only around 20$. This is very cheap, especially when compared with the results. They are used for relaxation as well. I hope that you will find this information useful. Trust me, I already had. Well, I can only wish you a life without some much pain and stress.
