| It occurs to me that doing Yin Yoga is very meditative, has anyone tried? I like it a lot it’s a slow form of yoga where I hold poses for 3-5 minutes which stretches the connective tissue rather than just the muscle. It gives me a focus, the breathing, the stretch feeling and helps your mind not to wander around too much. Sometimes when I do it I feel like I'm in a dreamlike state…anyone tried yoga meditation? |

| Yes, my meditation is linked to my yoga practice. After practice, at the end of the session, I mediate 10-15 min. I'm not practicing yoga as frequently as I would like at the moment, therefore I'm not meditating as much either. One or twice or week, but I fell I need more. |

I agree 100% about the need for meditating. With our busy stressful lives,it should be a requirement |
