apple cider vinegar, can it help me with my diabetes, and what amount should be taken on a daily basis. are there any side affects from taking too much ? also, how effective is it and will it lower my
blood sugar levels.
I do try to eat from all 5 food groups and limit the amount of carbs,
protein, and fats I eat at each meal to control weight gain. Should apple cider vinegar become part of my daily diet ?
