Hi, I have approved myself that tranquilizers lead to development of addiction. How can I stop this happening?

Hi, I believe that it has been approved that tranquilizers are habit forming and that constant taking of these medicines leads to addiction. Try not to take them all the time, and actually they should be applied only when you really need them. Have you considered counseling for solving your problems? Or at least learning how to deal with them? You can start to write a dairy or to tape on record your worries, it will make it easier for you. There is a technique in which patients are advised to pump up their fears and worries much more than they really are, like balloons and then balloons explode. So, you can realize that your problem is not the biggest in the world.
