Hello!
I have higher bi and tri pvc s after i eat. It also happens when I lean forward. Like it comes in episodes. Mostly it happens when I have lots of sugar and caffeine, I noticed. I am only 27, male and otherwise I am in good physical condition, I just do not have any idea what this might be.

Hello,
maybe you should try avoiding caffeine and similar stimulants, especially cigarettes, if you smoke.
I think this way you shall resolve nothing. it would be best to visit cardiologist and get your heart monitored.
Best wishes!
