are my erection problems because of masterbation?

I get erections all the time except for when im with my girlfriend. she is beautiful so it is frustrating. i am 27 and havent had sex in a while, i also masterbate frequently. is this my problem?

masturbating to much can lead to softer/weaker erection and sometime you cant get an erection at all. All you have to do is stop masturbating it can be hard at first if you do it everyday.Dont masturbate for two weeks you'll see how much it helps trust me i had the same problem

It can also be fantasy based. I had a similar problem, it wasnt until I took a psych course that i realized what was going on. Whenever I would masterbate I had a fantasy I would think about...and it got to the point that I had conditioned myself not to get erect without it. So just imagine your gf in your fantasy.

For me, all I had to do was imagine (or actually) spank her...and it was instantly cured. Smile
