are naturopathic doctors to be trusted?

Hello, I have sacroillitis for a few years now. I have tried everything: anti-inflammatory drugs, physical therapy and sacroilliac block injections. Except for the block injections, nothing helped. I have talked to a friend of mine and he suggested me to try naturopathic medicine. I have heard about this type of treatment, but am not convinced that it works. are naturopathic doctors to be trusted? Or are they charlatans?
