A friend of mine has a father who is diagnosed with dementia. He asks me to find something about any exercises for dementia. His father is on the beginning of an illness. Perhaps there are some exercises that can reduce symptoms of the disease. So are there any exercises for dementia?
Exercises are very good for the delaying and reducing ability problems associated with dementia. Also it can help with to slow decline in behavior and communication. This program of exercises must include the elements of aerobic exercises, resistance training and flexibility and balance exercise. Of course you have to consult doctor especially if he has some other illness or disabilities.
