I am at a platau. I have lost 67lbs in 8 months and I am now having trouble losing more. Someone mentioned to me about testerone boosting suppliments and I am leary about spending 1-2hundred dollars. Are there any foods known to naturally boost testerone levels in males?

Actually, if I remember right, Fish.
Fish are good for that. Or Fish oil. But either way, don't take in to much testosterone, if you take in an amount that is to high ( I mean this takes some time) well, testosterone levels are linked to Prostate Cancer.
So just watch out for yourself.
