are these symptoms related to a pregnancy?

My nipples are hurting so much! and i have headaches lately, i need to go urinate every now and then, i also have fever and sometimes a slightly increased temp., i have cramping in my abdomen and its 1 week till my expected period. Could i be pregnant?ü

not really. you dont get signs of pregnancy until after you miss a period. sometimes though your period will come a week late/early though. sounds just like you are having pms
