are these withdrawal effects?

Hi, I would like to know if these are withdrawal effects of Seroxat. I am confused, sleepless, have nausea, dizziness.

Older drugs such as Valium and Ativan caused dependence, but this problem was supposed to be overcame by new generation of drugs. There are many complaints about it’s safety and occurrence of withdrawal symptoms. Most complaints are about sensations that feel like electric shocks in the head, dizziness, mood swings, upset stomachs and unpleasantly vivid dreams.
