I need some info about homeopathic remedy-arnica ointment. I sometimes have pain in my ankles due to overexertion and I had long ago few injuries in my both ankles. I was suggested to try with this ointment, but I never believed in natural remedies. However, I am willing to try this...so tell me what I need to know.
It is made from plan Arnica montana found in the Northwest of the United States as well as central Europe. My boyfriend is athlete and he uses arnica ointment and he said that it is great for him. It is quickly absorbed by the skin. He uses for muscle aches, but it can be used for relief of muscle aches and stiffness, due to minor injuries, overexertion, falls, and blows and reduces pain, swelling and discoloration from bruises.
