arnica topical cream

Could someone tell me some info about arnica topical cream for I would like to have it in my home pharmacy? I am one of those that have frequent burnings while cooking and similar frequent injuries and I have heard that arnica could be of help in such situations so I am interested what topical cream is. Thanks!

You could use arnica in variable form-cream, gel, oil or even mask, it could also be used in a tea form for it is do diluted that doesn't have no toxic in there but still it is not recommended its internal use without talking it over first with homeopathic practitioner. I also am regular in getting burn or bruises so I always keep in my home different arnica cream that is called arnica Montana and arnica gel by BioForce. Besides this I frequently use Arnica Flower that comes in form of capsules and I take them regularly on daily bases but no longer than two weeks and afterwards I have arnica rest of about two more weeks. It helps me simply in relaxing my muscles and simply makes me feel much better. And there you have other arnica cream such as arnica balm by Weleda, and the good one is arnica cream by nelsons. I also use anti-ache cream by derma-E skin care and it's perfect.
