| For my last birthday I got a lot of candles, shower creams and body scrubs. The interesting thing is that on all of the products was written aromatherapy fragrance. Most of them were of chamomile, citrus, geranium, eucalyptus, lavender, clove and rose. What effects do they have? Can they help in anyway? |

| Aromatherapy fragrances are meant to be with some kind of effects. The effects can be antidepressant, like those you got. Beside this they can be anti-spas-medic, appetite improving, circulation stimulants, sedative or stimulating. Depending of a purpose you can chose a fragrance your one. With daily using you can notice effects after two weeks. |
