| Today, we hear and read about many alternative ways of treating some light illnesses. Body exercises, massage, reflexology and even aromatherapy. I wonder about this last one. How can aromas, even pleasant ones can help our body in any way? I may be old fashioned, but regular doctor seems quite fine to me. Aromatherapy, or for that matter any other alternative therapy are just not for me. What do you say? |

| Well, perhaps you should try some of those alternate therapies before passing judgment on them. Anyhow, for me, aromatherapy and others are excellent prevention methods and they can cure some of the conditions. But, as I said, I cannot convince you by words, you'll have to try it and feel their effects. Maybe then you will change your opinion. |
