arrhythmia is frightening to me when my heart starts racing

Good evening, folks. I have recently noticed that my heart works irregularly. I think I might have arrhythmia. And I must admit it is frightening when my heart starts racing. I don’t know what to do. Do you have any suggestions? I would gladly hear them out. Thanks for all. Bye!

Hello to you too. Most of the arrhythmias are not dangerous. However, if they are joined with other heart disease, they may be a problem. If you have some other risk factor like diabetes, high cholesterol, family history of heart disease or high blood pressure, arrhythmia can be more serious. If you arrhythmias interfere with your daily activities or your sleep, seek for medical help. He will define the exact type of arrhythmia you have and decide which medications to prescribe.
