You have to quit cigarettes and tobacco products. After you stop smoking, your body will begin to repair itself and deadly toxic build-up will be cleansed away. Also, chewing tobacco and dipping it leads to the accumulation of toxins so it is out too.

Drink more water. Water is the best oral fluid to flush out all harmful toxins that have accumulated in your body over time. Drinking water is one of the easiest (and quickest) ways to clean out your system naturally. Keep a bottle of water on your desk, by your nightstand, in your car, and wherever else you may need it. It not only helps with the detox process but it helps with weight control.

Eat more fiber.
Believe it or not, fiber is a great detoxifying agent. Fiber increases your waste removal process and rids the body of toxins. Eat a diet rich in vegetables, fruit, whole grains, nuts, and leafy green vegetables. These items are good sources of dietary fiber.
