I was taking Xanex first for less than a week. I was feelingitching and had some red spots on my back when taking it. I talked to my Dr. about a possible allergic reaction, so wrote me a script for Ativan instead. I'm wondering are there anyone other side effects for Ativan that you would warn me of.
Hello, I have been on Ativan for about 3 years for anxiety and panic attacks. It is more like a band aid type medication, because it works really fast. But I must tell you, it can be habit forming if you take it on a daily basis. If you ask me there are a lot better medications that work just as well that you don't have to worry about addiction.
