Average size for a fully grown man is 5-6inches fully erect. I would imagine that a 13 year old boy would be smaller than this because you haven't finished growing yet
my penis size is 6 inches when erect and 3.9 inches when it's not erect and i'm 13. Is that really big for a 13 yr old? When my penis is not erect is that too small?
