Hi. My son is 3 years old. He has aversion to eating. All he east are sooth purees, soups and pasta. He refuses to eat anything crunchy. He also refuses to eat meat. What can I do? How to fight with this food aversion?
Hi. My son is 2 years old and he has aversion to eating too. I was advised to let him play with the food first. Doc said it may help if he feels the textures of food on his own hands. At the beginning of the meal I always try to give him one bite of a food that he has aversion too. Then we continue with the purees. From time to time, he takes a bite of something crunchy. Doc also told me to let him have more control over what he eats. I was also advised to read him a book while he is eating.
