During couple of weeks you will have to gradually eliminate from your diet all processed foods, coffee, dairy products and sweets. At the end of this phase your will eat only whole grains and vegetables. The second phase is the actual cleansing phase during which you get nasal cleaning, enemas and laxatives. This phase also includes a cleansing fast. And the final phase is the rejuvenation phase in which you will gradually return to the diet from the first phase.
