I'm 39, happily married and want a child.
Unfortunately azoospermic [no sperm] and to make matters worse i only have one testicle. My FSH levels are high [26%].
There's been a lot of issues over this testicle and despite Docs prognosis [less than 5% chance of finding sperm] i can't help thinking it can work given the right mental and physical stimulants.
My question is does anyone know whether there are other testicular stimulants / hormones aside from FSH that can kick start production?
