hi alice, i think you should help your baby have some poo cos is not really good for one to be eating and unable to excrete it out. my 4monts baby started the same since last week,i waited 4 him to do it on his own up till today but all to no avail so i just help him by using a thermometer(u know it has a tiny mout)i rubbed some vaseline on it and insert it in and out of my babys ass,it helped him have somemore poo on his own after and in the process although is not new to me cos i also do thesame to my 2yrs old daughter when she was still a baby, just try it and let me know.all the best
