bac lung cancer

I have had two surgeries for BAC lung cancer. Last time( this year) wedge resections were taken for all three lobes on my right side. five years ago The upper left lobe was removed. I am told there is no treatment for BAC. Recently mucuos implantations were seen in my left lobes. What does that mean and does effect my prognosis/

My father had both wedge and a lobectomy for BAC. Since they could no longer take out lung tissue, he had radiofrequncy ablation a simple outpatient procedure to halt or slow down the tumors' growth. He also took iressa and Tarceva. he was diagnosed in 2000 and is alive today.
