my back is very sore feels like harding or a lump above my kidneys but below my rib cage. did not do anything to pull any mussles no pain when urinating or having bowel movements, ibprophin seams to help but not redusing swelling pain and it seams to be hardning what can this be otherwise i feel good have been drinking cranberry juice. can you help
