hi.i am in Uganda. i started mastubating some 4 years back but now i am in real dilemma with lowerbackache problem, dizziness and headache which causes me dis comfort.i even get many frequent wetdreams which upsets the backacke problem.
i even get pain in ma testes and in the abdomen when i erect,i have got some medication but mainly pain killers and muscle relaxers but they are not working out.
Well i droped the practice some four months back
Please could you help me with the proper medication to get well.
i feel that i cant have sex in future.
