bad cramping burning pains, with bloody bowl movements

I have a very bad pain about 3 inches below my bellybutton. It doesn't come at any specific times, and basically it feels like i'm being stabbed. It makes me constipated, and when I DO go to the bathroom, it's always mixxed with blood. I've also been very weak lately, and recently fainted during a blood test, which i'm not sure is normal or not? I also have a very thick, scented vaginal discharge, and took a yeast infection pill but still no help.

Any response would be very helpful, thanks.
