bad cramps and 3 hours period, this mean not pregnant?

I am on Birth Control and having sex, my body is still not 100% used to my birth control i have been taking for the past 3 months so my periods are a little irregular, this week i started my period but only lasted for a couple hours but still having bad cramps. does this mean im not pregnant?

if you have taken your pills every day without missing any or being late, you should be protected from pregnancy.

it does take a while for your body to get used to the hormones, irregular and missed bleeds should be listed in your leaflet with the pills as common side effects.

you can always take a test to put your mind at ease!
