Question I HAVE BEEN TAKING INDERAL FOR MY BAD NERVES & HIGH BLOOD
PRESSURE FOR A LONG TIME NOW.NOTHING SEEMS TO HELP MY REAL BAD NERVES MY BLOOD PRESSURE HAS BEEN GOOD WHILE I USE INDERAL I RAN OUT OF INDERAL SO I STARTED DOING EXERCISES LIKE
JUMPING JACKS & A FEW OTHERS EVERY MORNING & THEN I TAKE MY DOG FOR A 2 MILE WALK EVERY MORNING TOO I HAVE NOT TAKEN
ANY INDERAL FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS NOW I HAVE NOOT SEEN MY DOCTOR
IN A LONG TIME IS THERRE SOMETHING THAT CAN HELP MY NERVES?
