Hello! I started using remicade 7 days ago and this whole day I had a fever and what is worse some burning sensation while urinating. Could this be cos of the use of the medicine or is it then some urinary tract problem or something like that?

It is quite possible that your symptoms are caused by the remicide. The thing is that one should avoid contact with people who have cold, or other contagious illness cos remicide lowers the activity of the immune system and easily makes one susceptible to infections. It would be best if you visited your doctor as soon as possible and get the best help there!!!
