bad stomach cramps and light period

hey im 19 i had sex with my now ex bf while i was on my period. since then if experinced cramps , increased appetite, increase in toilet trips bt ii had my period it was four days late n only lasted four days n was very light. so i took pregnancy test it came bk negative.

rreally scared what can i do ?

any advice would be much apreeciated Confused

Take another HPT in approximately a week. If you have unprotected sex it is always possible to get pregnant, but it takes 10-28 days to get a positive test.
