Hi. I am a 24 years old woman and I am proud to say that because of pilates, I now have well balanced body, and I am shaped like a photo model. In two words: Pilates rules! All the pounds I had extra are now gone. On top of that, I make heads turn everywhere I go. Have any of you did the same (similar) with pilates?

Yeah, pilates has that tendency to make you look great. I was overweight, and after six months of diet and pilates, I have a body that I am really proud of. It has made me look good, and feel good about myself. I would recommend it to anybody with the weight problem, and you out here: don't be embarrassed to work out if you are fat. I wasn't and look at me now!
