One on my scrodums has an extra ball attached to it it that a sign of cancer

50/50 chance id think you could just be born with a deformaty but if it just came then maybe you do have cancer ask a docter or a male family member like ur dad main as you could of got it from his gene or ask ur grandad on your dads side

In general, if there is an extra growth in the scrotum, you'll want to be examined by a doctor or a urologist.

If you can talk with the men in your family about this first, you may find they have it or went through it too.
