I am going to the gym. I do it by the doctors advice because I had to strengthen my back muscles. In the gym I got the advice from one guy that a barbell row is excellent exercise for the back. But I am not sure should I do it upright or to bent over?

Hi, maybe I can help. I had problems with technique and style of almost every exercise there is, so I have decided to read a lot about it and to ask a lot about it. Situation is rather simple. If you want to exercise your back then you should bent over a little otherwise you will exercise your shoulders. Remember just to crouch a little to avoid back injury, legs can handle weight.
