Hi, I am 29 years old girl and I have a sudden chance to be with a nice guy. I am going to date a fitness trainer. I don't know anything about fitness. Well, maybe a little, but I must find out more. I don't want to look stupid tomorrow. So, please, could tell me something about body fitness?

It is extremely healthy to workout. Fitness helps you control your weight, decrease the amount of stress and recover your immune system. Also it can protect you from various diseases such are: anxiety, osteoporosis, high blood pressure, depression, some types of cancer etc. It can have significant effect on your muscle mass as well. These are some basic things, it will be enough. Good luck!
