I ate Chinese food 2 days ago and I vomiting my guts out. I feel really bad, vomiting, nausea, fatigue, dizziness, bloating … whatever I eat, I throw it out… it is almost he same with drinking… I guess I have some kind of bacteria in my stomach…what should I do?

You must go to a doctor. This is definitely food poisoning, I guess you’ll be better in few days, but you must see a doctor. Mainly because you might be dehydrated … if you vomit everything you eat and drink, you are definitely dehydrated and when you come to hospital, they will definitely put you on infusion.
Probably you won’t stay in hospital after infusion and when you’ll be leaving home they will send you off with some sort of antibiotics for food poisoning.
I hope this turns out well for you soon!
