hi iv been to the doctors and he has given me the all clear but i have a lump on the bottom of my testicle not very big at all i dont think he has noticed it although he did feel there he said its perfectly normal what could it be ?? i also complained of mild groin aches he said its just strains what are they?? how do i kno if they are cancerous lumps will they be bigger ??
