belching with burnning in chest & stomach

I do lot of belching and usually having after food and I feel getting very high burning time I don’t really know what is going on with me. Hurting to chest & stomach feeling is scary.
I went to dr. They told me that you having fatty liver problem but I have followed mediations but still I feel same
