Hi, my friend is suffering from bell's palsy for few days already. He told me that he will not come to office tomorrow. I have heard for such palsy several times but I don't know what may be used for therapy in such cases. If someone has more information about this I would be glad to hear.

Hi, there is no specific therapy for such disorder. If such condition is not older than 6 days doctors usually prescribe corticosteroids to supreme inflammation and swelling. If disorder is older than that you have to take care about eye wetness and how to protect it from strong light and drying.
