Hi! How old are you? How long have you been experiencing these symptoms?

Are there any additional problems like diarrhea or constipation, nausea, vomiting…..?

I usually experience these symptoms some days before my periods and during my periods as well. I am all bloated, have severe cramping for the first 2-3 days, and feel fatigue and am exhausted. I could just sleep during those days.

However, it could be tons of other reasons. Many gastrointestinal problems cause such symptoms and they are distinguished by additional ones or by taking tests and by observations.
I would even suspect ovarian cysts but you need a doc to confirm on that or any other possible cause.
