| Hi. I am a 34 years old man and I heard a lot of great things about aromatherapy, but I am kind of skeptic. I don’t understand how a simple scent can help you to sleep better, feel better, etc. None the less, I know cases where it worked. I would be grateful if you could tell me the benefits of aromatherapy. |

| There are so many benefits to using aromatherapy, that I couldn't name them all. First of all-depends of which aromatherapy you are using. I know for positive that lavender works. It is simple. It smells nice, and that is all. You will not smell any smoke In your room, and that is already something. Anti-stress aromatherapy. Again, just something that smells nice, and maybe has something that helps you to relax. Incense. It only aromates the room, but it smells nice, so it lifts your spirit. It is quite simple really. It is all in the smell. |
