Hello! In the last couple of months I noticed some strange changes in my behavior. I started to have fears about certain things. When this fear would start, it would continue to develop and sometimes I would even have panic attacks along with it. When I would manage to calm myself down, and re-think about what happened, I realize it wasn’t such a big deal. But when this is happening I can’t realize that it is not such a big deal. I am afraid that I may have anxiety disorder. Can you tell me what the best antideprassant for anxiety would be? Thank you in advance.
Hello there! Under no circumstance can you fight this disorder by yourself. It is a very serious illness, and it asks medical help and evaluation. Realizing that you have a problem is a really big step, but you must see a professional who can see where you are, and what sort of treatment you need. The following medications are used in anxiety treatment: benzodiazepines, antidepressants and azapirones. All medicines have positive and negative effects. This is why you need a doc to help find you a proper medication.
