Hello there. I just love to watch marathon and I would like to try to compete myself once. Do you know the best way to run a marathon? Do you have some tips about the pace and other stuff? Of course, I don't imagine that I could win; the finishing line is my goal. For everything you say, I shall be grateful.

First of all, you must be ready to compete. Your running endurance must be on a very high level. When you are running marathon, you are in a serious trouble because of lack of water. That is why refreshments are for. Don't miss them during a race. Keep your pace. Don't be foolish and you will be able to keep your rhythm. Don't rush too much on the start. It is essential to believe in yourself. You have to see yourself crossing the finishing line before you actually do that. That is all I can tell you. Good luck.
