between labia, and clitorus always smells, and is painful even 10 min after showering

For the past few days between my labia, and clitorus always seems "dirty" it has a foul smell, burns and is painful. NOT MY VAGINA, and I am not talking about discharge, it's weird. Is this normal? Also, around my vagina is dry and kinda cracky I have been putting bag balm on it, but it is not helping. Any advice would be great! I just had a baby 4 months ago, and we sont have sex very often, so I dont think it has anything to do with that.

As a male I experiance the same circumstances, between my testicles and right leg. Dr's can't explain anything...I would guess a fungal infection, but then again, my diagonosis would be just about as good as a doctor's, or a auto mechanic's. Guess guess guess, then pat yourself on the back when a correct answer is applied.
