I have some disease that my doctor doesn't have a clue! I am very angry to him. I feel very persistent pruritus, pain, sometimes even fever. Fatigue is present and jaundice also. My doctor has made a few analyzes and he said that I have non-specific biliary ducts fibrosis. But he doesn't know how I got it. Tell me something about it, please.

As I can tell you are suffering from primary sclerosing cholangitis. This disease could cause inflammatory and fibrotic process in gall bladder. Also it affects either intrahepatic ducts (small ducts disease) or extrahepatic ducts (large ducts disease). Your doctor doesn't know how you have got the disease because the cause is unknown. There are some different opinions but it looks like it is a disorder of immune system.
