Now when I think of it, my day is like binging all the time. Eating, vomiting, eating, vomiting… Where does it end? Does it end at all? Is there anybody with a binge eating disorder? I feel like the only person binging around…
Hi. No. You are not the only one binging. Now there are the two of us. Eating and vomiting are my every day homework. So, I made up my mind. Enough of this. It`s totally sick. I want to be healthy again. I have decided to stop eating so much and to stop purging. I know there are many group/individual therapies for people with BED, but I think it`s a big waste of time. It`s all in your head. I can deal with it. I`m sick of everyday`s binging. We can stop binging together. What do you say?
