biofeedback and ADD

My son is suffering from Attention Deficit Disorder. My wife and I are desperate; we argue a lot, thinking maybe our bad parenting led to this misfortune. Doctors are very optimistic, talked about some biofeedback and ADD connections, I did not quit understood them. All I know is that our 4 year old kind is in trouble, and we'll help him anyway we can. Some advice, please!

First of all, you can be certain that bad parenting cannot be the source of your kid's illness. Three main causes for ADD are genetics, diet (what I mean is a lack of some nutrients like amino acids, zinc etc) and some food allergies. You must first find the right cause for your son's illness. You don't have to put him on strong medicaments, if you find out that all he need is a good diet plan.
