Whole my life I suffer from anxiety. My fear is growing constantly. I am afraid of fear itself. I shake and cry every day. Nothing ever helped me, therapists, drugs, procedures, talking, nothing. I am helpless. Recently, I heard about a new method, called biofeedback. Can it be used in treating anxiety?

Biofeedback will help you. Just find a specialist who practice it or learn some more and practice it yourself, whatever you are comfortable. With this method you will find your "six sense". Also you will become aware of your inner minds and special fears. You will learn about reactions of your body and will be able to find the way to help yourself.
